AcademicPub Content Partner Total Spikes to 210

London, England, April 15, 2013 - The world's leading academic publishers continue to beat a path to EdTech star, AcademicPub™, which today signed agreements with nine more publishers and now counts 210 publisher partners in what is the world's largest repository of atomized content available for the creation of custom course materials.

Caroline Vanderlip, CEO of AcademicPub parent company, SharedBook Inc., made the announcement at The London Book Fair®. Only in its second year of operation, AcademicPub has secured an average of two new publishers per week to its easy-to-use instructor platform, which now makes available more than 8 million units of content for use in course packs for classes throughout North America, and around the world.

The respected publishers announced today are: Brandeis University Press, Dartmouth College Press, Littman Library of Jewish Civilization, McGill University Press, Michigan State University Press, NACRA - The North American Case Research Association, Northeastern University Press, University of New Hampshire Press, and US Government Printing Office. These respected publishers join an illustrious group from around the globe, including Cambridge University Press, Springer, Routledge, and Oxford University Press. Of the 210 publishers included in the AcademicPub platform, more than 55 are from outside the United States, including 29 from the United Kingdom. A complete list of publishers in the AcademicPub Content Library may be found here.

"The big trend in academic publishing today is disaggregation, a process driven by human nature and made easier by technology," said Vanderlip. "AcademicPub's straightforward platform, bursting with atomized content and a transparent pricing model, is at the heart of this trend."
